The Carey School

The project consisted of the new construction of a ground up building on a tight private school campus whose students included some of the most elite silicon valley business leader’s children. The budget for design and construction was $10M, and the building was the final capstone building for the campus housing numerous classrooms, a large multi-purpose room, and several administration offices. It was successfully completed while absorbing numerous cost escalations, plus a Covid-19 shutdown caused delays and the project was still
completed on time and on budget.
